This policy explains what information The Dividend Record ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit our website or subscribe to our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe. Your name or other details if you choose to share them, for example in a reply, a poll or a survey. If you buy a paid subscription, your billing details go directly to our payment processor.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our platform records information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed. When you open or click our emails, our platform records that you did, using standard tracking pixels and tracked links.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a record of your subscription and payment status. We do not see or store your full card number.

Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
We keep your information while you are subscribed and for as long as we need it afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
We and our service providers use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We and our service providers are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you subscribe from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to the United States.
